The students in MBA program at Ace Institute of Management learn to compete with self and cooperate with others, one of the values sincerely practiced by everyone at Ace. The program focuses on building skills in students that have strong relevance to real life. It prepares them not only for managerial careers but the approach is to prepare them for life.
We nurture a questioning spirit in our students and encourage them to approach every new learning experience with an open mind. They take the responsibility of learning on themselves and strive for continuous self-improvement. The program focuses on helping the students recognize and harness their strengths to bring out the best in them and be prepared for opportunities.
The students find the program extremely demanding and rigorous and understand that 'tempering' is essential for transformation. The rigor of the programs instills the values of hard work and sincerity essential for success in every walk of life.
Our evening MBA program is designed around the needs of young working people. We launched this program for those who wanted to continue with their work and also earn an MBA degree at the same time. The program in essence harbors the same values as the day program, the only difference being the timing. We do understand that pursuing an MBA degree while working full time is a challenging task. Hence, we have tailored the schedule to meet the needs of the working students. However the rigor of the degree remains the same. And the program requires participants to be farsighted and determined. Only those capable of delaying their instant gratification are likely to succeed.
Our graduates acquire a global outlook to meet the local challenges of globalization. They learn to analyze the consequences of global events on local strategies. In effect, they learn to make effective decisions based on sound analysis and acute personal judgment - a core skill required to be a successful entrepreneur and an effective manager.
We have completed twelve years of living our vision of enhancing the capacity of individuals and institutions in Nepal to contribute to the nation's development. It gives me immense pleasure to see our students doing extremely well in careers and life. I also take this opportunity to thank our alumni for being the brand ambassadors and flag bearers of Ace Institute.
We will continue to be committed to our objective of creating student centered learning opportunities that will prepare them to face the challenges of the 21st century workplace and compete at an international level.
