It has been twelve years of wonderful and rewarding experience working with different groups of undergraduate students at the Ace Undergraduate School. I am extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to know and work with such amazing group of students year after year.

It is indeed very heartening to know that our graduates have been performing very well in their higher studies, careers and life. Students who have graduated from the program often come back and talk about the fond memories they have of numerous picnics, hiking, tours, festivals, games and competitions that they organized or participated in during the undergraduate program. They talk about the exams and presentations and the group work that they had to prepare for. They remember the number of reports that they had to write, the deadlines that were constantly hanging on their heads and their effort to ensure that they had full attendance. Most of all remember the hard work and rigor that they went through and how the entire process helped them to grow and transform into open minded, culturally sensitive and responsible individuals. We will continue to ensure that the programs are rigorous so that students learn the values of hard work and sincerity which are essential for success in every walk of life.

At Ace we do not attach much importance to grades and preparing students for exams but we focus on the learning process and preparing them for life. We help students develop skills which are needed to be successful in their future careers and life. Our approach is to make the learning enjoyable, meaningful and relevant to real life.

We have completed over a decade of living our vision of enhancing the capacity of individuals and institutions in Nepal to contribute to the nation's development. We will continue to be committed to our objective of creating student centered learning opportunities that will prepare them to face the challenges of the 21st century workplace and compete at an international level.

I am looking forward to welcoming another extraordinary group of individuals that will further enrich the Ace fraternity.
