Eligibility for enrolment

Students who have successfully completed or expect to successfully complete Higher Secondary or equivalent examination before the session formally begins at Ace with minimum second division are eligible to apply. Students who have come from boards other than HSEB or Tribhuvan University, however, must get the authorized letter of certification from either HSEB or Pokhara University to prove that their examination boards are equivalent and eligible to take admissions.

Enrolment Procedure

Candidates need to submit the completed Application Form. Application forms can be collected from the college or downloaded from our website. All applicants must submit the following with the application form:

1. completed application form together with 2 color passport-size photographs;
2. Certified copies of all relevant academic/professional qualifications and transcripts;
3. Application processing fee of NRs. 500/-

Admission procedure

Prospective students in all our undergraduate programs are required to submit a 250 – 350 word Statement of Purpose (SOP), sit in a Computer Based Test (CBT) and face an interview. Candidates will be offered admission based on admission committee’s assessment of the prospective students’ past academic performance, SOP, CBT, interview and ability to contribute to the program.
