Eligibility for enrolment

Students who have successfully completed or expected to complete, intermediate or Higher Secondary examination with minimum second division are eligible to apply.

Enrolment procedure

Candidates need to complete the application from and submit it. Application forms can be collected from the college or downloaded from our website www.ace.edu.np. All applicants must submit the following with application forms:

1. Duly completed application form together with 2 color passport-size photographs;
2. Certified copies of all relevant academic/professional qualifications and transcripts;
3. Application processing fee of NRs. 500/-

Admission procedure

Prospective students in all our undergraduate programs are required to submit a 250 - 350 word Statement of Purpose (SOP), sit in a Computer Based Test (CBT) and face an interview. Candidates will be offered admission based on admission committee's assessment of the prospective students' past academic performance, SOP, CBT, interview and ability to contribute to the program.
